I became a Hypnotherapist because healing people, heals the world.

Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist
I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about remembering wholeness, reconnecting with inner wisdom, and cultivating alignment with one’s authentic self. She is honored to support clients on their healing journeys in a way that is respectful, collaborative, and deeply personalized.
My work is shaped from what was once felt brokenness in my own lived experience. From surviving domestic violence, breaking generational cycles, and over 10 years in recovery from alcoholism, these experiences led me on a profound healing journey. One that moved beyond surface-level solutions and toward holistic, subconscious, and spiritually aligned modalities.

Over time, I felt called to reconnect with nature, spirituality, and integrative health practices, learning to listen closely to the wisdom of my body and nervous system. Through mindfulness, time in nature, yoga, and subconscious work, I experienced deep healing and personal transformation.
Hypnotherapy became the modality that brought all of these elements together, allowing me to release trauma, shift long-standing patterns, and reconnect with my inner resilience and intuition.

Inspired by the profound impact hypnosis had on my own life, I pursued formal training and certification at the HMI College of Hypnotherapy. With a deeply compassionate, trauma-informed approach to healing that honors the mind, body, and spirit, I support clients in creating meaningful change through clinical hypnotherapy that is grounded, gentle, and empowering.
Hypnotherapy sessions are designed to help clients address trauma, stress, habits, emotional blocks, and life transitions while fostering self-awareness, safety, and personal sovereignty. Passionate about the divine feminine and conscious expansion, my work guides clients toward inner union and deeper self-connection as they move through their own awakening and healing journeys.

When I'm not seeing clients, I love to spend my time hiking and appreciating nature with my dog, finding my center in a yoga flow, cheering at my daughter's soccer games, sewing or reading a book with a hot cup of tea.
